Claritie Plus is a Social Enterprise, an organisation that primarily exists for the benefit of the community. Our profits are used to develop new projects and campaigns that bring direct benefits to others.
This does not mean however that we are not commercially minded - if we fail to make profits we are hardly in a position to assist in areas where we feel we can make a difference.
This is why, at Claritie, we have a team of professionals who have held board level positions or consulted at board level to companies and organisations such as Kelloggs, Tesco, Sainsbury, Morrisons, Nestle, Douwe Egberts and the Post Office.
We have been contracted to deliver environmental and sustainability programmes to many Local Authorities and have developed three national programmes on behalf of the Department of Health.
It doesn't end there. Our work on behalf of the Departments of Health and Transport has provided us with written recognition from Ministers for the innovative and highly effective tasks we have undertaken.
We are a mixture of experience and proven ability. Younger members of the management team have degrees in Marketing and Communications, Environmental Science and Management Accounting.
